Mai Phai Hotel is nice.
Mai Phai is central to Ben Than/Pham Ngu Lao, on the bus route from the airport, and close to all conveniences, has comfortable rooms-some with bathtubs, an elevator, excellent massage downstairs, located directly across from the park and only one block to the party street and nightlife. Staff are kind and honest. Service is impeccable. Very good value!

excellent location in district 1 near shops good and clubs. fast and easy check in. friendly staff in general.
Air con could be better A bigger sitting room downstairs is needed for guests as the current one is rather cramped.

The Best Location and Most Comfortable Hotel in the City
I always stay here every times I go to Ho Chi Minh! All facilities and staff service are value for money ! Every shopping stores and food restarting are available nearby the hotel just 2 or 3 minutes away. I don’t think I could find other hotel better than this best one! Thank to the staffs at the front desk who always warm welcome us upon check in! We will see you again Mai Phai Hotel !

What was the highlight of Mai Phai Hotel
I stay at Mai Phai whenever I am travelling through Ho Chi Minh City because I feel at home there.
I like Mai Phai for the bargain price, kind and friendly staff, comfortable well-equipped rooms and for the location, directly opposite the park, where people play, and where you can find the best bbq market buffet, and food court. Central to the local bus station and an easy trip, $1.50 US, 40 minute ride from the airport. Mai Phai has bathtubs, if thats your thing, a massage parlour downstairs, and currency exchange services, an elevator!!! and close to nightlife and restaurants.
There is no coffee, breakfast or food services at Mai Phai, which is no problem because the neighbourhood has everything you need and very close by.
